Summary
Application of Brussels I Regulation provisions to the enforcement of a foreign court decision in Spain.
Key facts: a Spanish administrative authority denies the registration of an immovable propriety. The petition came from a German court. The Public Propriety Registry alleges that a Spanish court must recognise the enforcement of the foreign court decision first.
