Summary
A Polish buyer and a Czech seller concluded a contract for the sale of goods, when the buyer breached the contract, the seller filed an application for payment. The court found that it had jurisdiction according to Art. 2 par. 1 of the Brussels I Regulation, given that defendant was domiciled in Poland.
