Summary
The Polish Supreme Court stated that according to Article 23 par. 1 of the Brussels I Regulation the parties agreed that the Polish court shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which have arisen from the legal relationship in question. The parties had concluded an agreement in February and the second member of the board signed the agreement in August. The court stated that the contract, and the prorogation of jurisdiction was concluded in February, when the parties started to perform the contract and when it was evidence in writing, in August.
