Summary
In this case, the mother challenged a decision issued by the court of first instance, concerning access rights to her children. However, the court of second instance annulled the challenged decision. It pointed out that the child in question had its habitual residence in London so, according to Art. 8 of the Brussels IIa Regulation, it is the English court which has jurisdiction in this case.
