Summary
The following proceedings are a maintenance and divorce case between two spouses, one from Poland and the other one from Spain. Key facts:Conflict of territorial jurisdiction between two Spanish courts of first instance (Huelva and Móstoles). The defendant has his habitual residence in Huelva.
