Summary
Pursuant to both Article 3 of Law No 218/1995 and Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 44/2201, the fact that the defendant resides or is domiciled in Italy, regardless of his/her nationality, constitutes the general jurisdictional criterion in a dispute on employment matters.
