Summary
Pursuant to Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 44/2001, a clause conferring jurisdiction to German courts provided for in an agency contract is valid since the provisions of said Regulation concerning individual contracts of employment, and particularly Article 21, do not apply to agency contracts.
