Summary
Pursuant to Art. 3 of Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003, Italian courts have jurisdiction over an action for (fault) legal separation of two Salvadorian citizens, Milan being the place where they have habitually resided and are still resident at the time of the application.
