Summary
Divorce proceedings. The parties were arguing about the adjustment of pension rights. The Higher Regional Court examined its international jurisdiction. It assumed it pursuant to Art 3 (1) (a) 5th and 6th indent Brussels IIa. It stated that the seven possibilities listed by Art 3 were of the same rank. The applying spouse was allowed to choose between the places of jurisdiction offered.
