Summary
The court decided to transfer the proceeding by requesting the Scottish H. Sheriff court to assume jurisdiction within the meaning of Art 15 (1) (b) Brussels IIa. Amongst other considerations, the court stated that the children concerned had gotten a particular connection to Scotland, especially because they built a new habitual residence there and their return to Germany was unlikely.
