Summary
Pursuant to Art. 3(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 Novemebr 2003, Italian courts have jurisdiction over an action for divorce between two Albanian spouses who have been both habitually resident in Italy for many years and still are at the time of the application.
