Summary
The courts stated their international jurisdiction pursuant to Art 3 (1) (a) 6th indent Brussels IIa. The court determined the habitual residence according to the applicant’s social integration in Germany which could be seen from the fact that he had a furnished flat in Germany, that his parents lived in Frankfurt and that he had several contacts to former university colleagues in Germany.
