Summary
A Spanish administrative authority denies the registration of an immovable propriety. The petition came from a German court. The Public Propriety Registry alleges that a Spanish court must recognise the enforcement of the foreign court decision first. Court decision: the court confirms the decision of the Spanish administrative authority according to arts. 22. 1, 22.5 and 38.1. Art. 22.6 cannot be applied.
