Summary
Parental responsibility proceedings. The court held that the provisions of Brussels IIa also applied given the case that the substantial law being decisive for the legal issue was to be derived from the Convention for the protection of children (KSÜ). In the present case the court assumed the international jurisdiction of German courts as the children had their habitual residence in Germany, Art 8 (1) Brussels IIa.
