Summary
The dispute concerned the guidelines of an internet seller. It was doubtful whether the information addressed to consumers contained anticompetitive conduct. The court stated the international jurisdiction of German courts pursuant to Art 5 no 3 Brussels I. It held that pursuant to Art 6 (1) Rome II German law applied to the case as the interests of German consumers were affected by the website’s content.
