Summary
The plaintiff is trying to enforce a judgement by a court in Budapest in Germany. The court stated that the recognition of foreign judgements in maintenance disputes is determined by Artt. 75(2), 24 Maintenance Regulation. There was no violation of Art. 24 lit. (b) and no ordre public violation. Moreover, there was no violation of Art. 24 lit.(c). Therefore, the judgement can be enforced.
