Summary
The plaintiff is trying to enforce a judgement of an Italian court in Germany against the defendant. The court hat to decide whether the enforcement of a first instance decision by an Italian court without securities constitutes a violation of German public policy. The court stated that, although the laws in Germany and Italy are different, this difference does not constitute a severe breach of German legal principles.
