Summary
Conflict of territorial jurisdiction between two Spanish courts in order to recognise the enforcement of a French court decision on maintenance obligations. Court decision: the court comes to the conclusion that, according to Maintenance Regulation (Brussels III), the court of the place of the habitual residence of the creditor is the court competent to decide on the case. The court only makes a generic reference to the application of Brussels III provisions on jurisdiction.
