Summary
Application of Brussels I Regulation provisions to the enforcement of a foreign court decision in Spain. The matter of the case is the enforcement of a court decision from France in Spain. The plaintiff objects ,appeals and alleges that the requirements of art. 43 of Brussels I Regulation are not fulfilled. Court decision: the court decides that the allegations of the plaintiff cannot be accepted. According to art. 36 of Brussels I Regulation the court cannot review the foreign court decision as to its substance.
