The matter of the case is the registration in Spain of a declaration of bankruptcy from a British court bases on the application of Brussels I Regulation provisions.
Judgement: the administrative Spanish authority DGRN must register the declaration of bankruptcy from a British court according to arts.1, art. 16, art. 17. 1, art. 22, 38. 1 and 39 of Brussels I Regulation.
